What We Expect from First Time Freight Agents

  • 3 years minimum experience working in a Freight Brokerage business
  • Current Sales Relationships that will follow
  • An active Sales funnel
  • Must be able to work independently and as a team
  • Must be able to prioritize and perform under pressure
  • Ability to work from home or office
  • Strong Communication and Relationship Building Skills
  • Ability to Manage Daily Shipment activities as well as resolving any issues that may occur
  • Input, update and manage shipment information daily
